The Kardamena Water Sports Center
It is the biggest beach entertainment company on Kos. They serve the Main Beach, Banana Beach and 8 hotels from 7 beach stations. All the usual activities are here and are pretty well priced. Fishing
Kardamena used to be famed for it's pottery and fishing before the tourist industry took over. While we can't tell you a place to reinact the love scene from 'Ghost' we can advise you where the best fishing spots are. Honcho and his dad go fishing off the jetty by the square. Hire a pedaloe and go whever your legs can take you! You can buy a telescopic rod for £9.95 back home. It'll fit in your suitcase not take up much room and you can sell your catch to the locals or one of the seafront restaurants will cook it for you for free if you have a full meal! Great for chilling out after a heavy night!
Diving
The Arian Diving Centre
The Diving Centre is located at Akti Club Hotel in Kardamena. The Arian Diving Centre has a lot to offer to advanced and novice divers. Free transport service to and from the Diving Centre for people who are staying in Kardamena or hotels nearby. Visit their website at www.arian-diving-centre.com
